On World Heart Day, Dil Se Run brought Dehradun together at Max Hospital for a morning centred on heart health, movement, and family participation.

The event began at 5:30 AM with a 4 KM fun run, followed by a high-energy Zumba session and community fitness activities. Doctors from Max Hospital, Dehradun, also shared practical heart-health advice around movement, diet, stress, and regular check-ups.
