Each uncoated tablet contains:

• Nimesulide B.P. 100 mg
• Paracetamol I.P. 325 mg

Nimesulide is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase so it inhibits the synthesis of destructive prostaglandins and spares cytoprotective prostaglandins. Nimesulide appears to exert its effects also through a variety of other mechanisms and involves interference with the production or action of mediators other than prostaglandins, such as enzymes, toxic oxygen derivatives, cytokines, platelet-activating factors, and histamine. Paracetamol is a valuable central analgesic but a weak peripheral anti-inflammatory agent and exhibits antipyretic action.

Nausea, epigastric pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, heartburn, dizziness and skin rashes.

Pain, inflammation accompanying respiratory tract infection and ENT conditions, sprains, post-surgical pain.

Hypersensitivity, active peptic ulcer disease, asthma, moderate to severe hepatic impairment.

As directed by the physician.

Overdosage of paracetamol can cause liver damage.

Store in a cool, dry & dark place. Keep all the medicines away from the children.
