Protein Hydrolysate allows amino acids to be absorbed more rapidly than intact proteins, maximizing nutrient delivery to muscle tissues. Ferrous sulphate provides around 33% elemental iron with reduced gastrointestinal side effects compared to other iron salts. The B-vitamin blend (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) acts as an energy booster. Panthenol is the alcohol analogue of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). Folic acid, a form of vitamin B9, is key to nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) synthesis and vital for healthy red blood cell production.

Iron deficiency anaemia, pregnancy anaemia, lactation, loss of appetite, general weakness, and convalescence.

Hypersensitivity. Panthenol is contraindicated in haemophiliacs and patients with ileus due to mechanical obstruction. Iron-containing preparations are contraindicated in haemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, and haemolytic anaemia.

Flushing, vomiting, and transient headaches may occur due to the presence of niacinamide.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage, as certain vitamins are toxic in massive doses.
