Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Sildenafil Citrate (eq. to Sildenafil) I.P. 100 mg
• Excipients q.s.

Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). This enzyme is involved in the regulation of blood flow in the penis. Inhibition of PDE5 results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a chemical messenger that promotes relaxation of smooth muscle cells in the penile blood vessels. This relaxation allows for increased blood flow to the penis, leading to an erection when combined with sexual stimulation. Essentially, sildenafil enhances the natural physiological process of achieving and maintaining an erection.

Torque's Powerplay-S tablet is primarily indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). In addition to its use for erectile dysfunction. It is also sometimes prescribed for other medical conditions like pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

As directed by the physician.

Store in a dry place, temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Protect from light.

Torque's Powerplay-S tablet is contraindicated in certain circumstances due to the potential risks and interactions. Contraindications may include – Hypersensitivity or allergy to sildenafil, Cardiovascular diseases, recent heart attack, or stroke, Renal impairment, Retinal disorders, Hypotension, Sickle cell anaemia and Haemophilia.

Torque's Powerplay-S tablet should not be taken with the following medicines: Nitrates, Alpha blockers, Blood pressure medications, Medications that affect liver proteins, Grapefruit juice, Efavirenz and Nevirapine.
